 At European Excellency, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in a new or unused condition and contain the original box and materials.

Please contact us prior to returning your purchase.

Returns shipped at customer’s expense. Refund will be for purchase price only.

If you receive an incorrect order or the product is defective in any way, please contact us and we will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund. In order to process any replacement, we require photo proof of any defect.
